Member Success Workshops bring prospective, new and existing members together to meet the GGBA leadership team and learn how to make the most of their membership with the Golden Gate Business Association.

Launched in 2009 with support from Zipcar, Barefoot Winery and Sterck Kulik-O’Neill accounting group, Inc., these informative workshops give new members insight into the organization and its programs while presenting them with tools to seek help for their business-development needs. Starting promptly at 5:30pm, attendees will have the opportunity to network with one another and sample light hors d’oeuvres and wine from Barefoot Winery. Promptly following will be a presentation by the GGBA leadership team about the different programs and opportunities available through the GGBA. Each Member Success Workshop will have a business growth seminar component as part of the program facilitated by a member of the Sterck Kulik O’Neill accounting group about how to effectively grow your business.

The topic of the next seminar will be Discovering Your Business’ Profit Formula:

In 35 minutes you’ll learn to identify your business’ leverage points and to develop customized strategies that will allow you to make more money from your existing operations. In this interactive discussion lead by CPA’s from Sterck Kulik O’Neill accounting group, you’ll discover techniques to manipulate your own profit formula and will take away actions you can implement the next day.
