The Pride Business Expo has garnered worldwide recognition for its diversification, in large part due to the spectrum of media outlets that the GGBA secures to promote the Expo. Through utilizing this media marketing avenue, the GGBA ultimately attracts more attendees and creates more visibility for its member-participating exhibitors.
The Expo is also a great opportunity to gain additional visibility by donating an auction/raffle item. Prominent displays are made for each item and include information like brochures, business cards, etc. to showcase the donation and the donor. Donate an item for the Pride Business Expo today!
Expo Making History
In 2008, the GGBA debuted the its LGBT Wedding Pavilion as an added feature to the Expo, promoting caterers, event planners, limousine companies, jewelers and everything wedding-related to attendees.

In 2009, GGBA’s Green with Pride Business Expo served as a platform to merge “green business” with “gay business” and schowcased companies throughout the Bay Area focused on sustainability and providing green products and services.
In the spirit of sustainability, and as part of our commitment to the broader community, the GGBA and New York Life partnered to raise over $2,500 for the Harvey Milk Civil Rights Academy, a public elementary school in the Castro.

For 35 years the Golden Gate Business Association has grown, promoted and increased visibility for San Francisco Bay Area LGBT & LGBT-friendly businesses.
