Startup Law Initiative (SLI) at Berkeley Law.
Our organization aims to make legal services and training more accessible to business owners and entrepreneurs. We will be holding free virtual workshops to cover basic legal, financial, and organizational issues surrounding the formation of startup ventures. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions of corporate lawyers based in the Bay Area. Our workshops will be held on:
