The Chamber Leadership Alliance (CLA) is proud to present you with a Chamber Leadership Development Program (CLDP) on November 3 & 17! Our presenter for each session is Kerri Balliet (she/her/hers), a transformational coach. The sessions are designed to focus on Sustainability & Administration.
This CLA program will leverage knowledge from subject matter experts on strategic planning and business plan development to provide leaders with the necessary tools to grow sustainable chambers/chapters and advocacy organizations to effectively build and strengthen minority, women, LGBT, disability, and veteran business communities.

We want employees in our organizations to be able to put our customer’s needs first. In order to do that, we need to recognize that the people in our organization are our first customers. When we make sure our employees are supported and inspired, they can focus on serving the customer.
